Components are manufactured in a variety of steels and other materials to suit. Rotor sizes range from small metering pumps to exceptionally large rotors for the gas and process industries.
We enjoy a collaborative approach, working closely with compressor designers to maximise performance and manufacturability. Our sophisticated, bespoke suite of software allows super accurate geometric simulation of clearances, cutters, and probing.
Rotors can also be produced in our general-purpose rotor shop, or by special arrangement, in a dedicated production cell. This cell can eventually be transferred to your site, if required.
